This Privacy Policy explains how STACKVERSE, Inc. ("STACKVERSE," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit stackverse.io (the "Site").

We use Mailchimp (operated by Intuit Inc.) to collect and store email signups. When you submit your email through our signup form, it is sent directly to Mailchimp's servers and handled according to Mailchimp's own privacy policy.

STACKVERSE is being built as an educational platform, and some of our future users may be under the age of 13. This coming-soon Site does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. The email signup form is intended for parents, educators, and other adults interested in STACKVERSE's launch.

When STACKVERSE's full platform launches, we will provide a separate, COPPA-compliant privacy notice specific to any data collected from student users, including appropriate parental consent mechanisms where required by law.
